Your Responsibilities

• Attend consultations on time.

• Provide accurate health information, including allergies, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy status, and dietary restrictions.

• Update us on any changes relevant to your treatment.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds only for major failures of products or services.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment; otherwise, a 50% fee applies unless an emergency occurs.
